Thank you for supporting Jeanie Belle Art! By using our website and services, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when interacting with our site, including details on purchases, returns, and user conduct. General Terms

I, Jeanie Belle Jacobsen(the artist): reserve the right to reject any order for any reason; reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason; reserve the right to change the descriptions of products or product pricing at anytime without notice; reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service.

Payment

The currencies accepted are HKD, USD, or EUR. Payment is accepted through PayMe, FPS, PayPal or any bank transfer. Original art can be paid either 100% upfront or split over monthly instalments, contact me to arrange a payment plan. Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after design approval.

Copyright & Usage

I, Jeanie Belle Jacobsen(the artist): hold the copyright and other intellectual property rights to all original art and commissioned art which includes the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and display the artwork unless specifically stated otherwise in a contract. You (the client/customer): may upload the original art or commissioned art on any website and social channels; shall not use the original art or commissioned art for commercial purposes such as redistribution or printing.

Process & Delivery

(1) Processing Time Order Processing: Each piece of art is carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and packaging. Custom Orders: Custom or commissioned artwork may require additional time for processing. You will be informed of the estimated completion and shipping date upon order confirmation.

(2) Shipping Costs As an independent artist, I do not offer free shipping at this moment. Thank you for your understanding. Separate shipping costs will be added and calculated based on the destination and package weight.

(3) Shipping Methods and Delivery Times Standard Shipping: I offer standard shipping through S.F. Express for local orders. Delivery times typically range from 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please contact me directly to arrange this service. International Shipping: I use FedEx for all international orders. Delivery times and costs will vary based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

 

(4) Packaging For larger or more fragile pieces, additional protective measures may be taken to ensure they arrive safely. For international orders, large paintings will be un-stretched, rolled and packaged in a tube to protect it during transit.

(5) Tracking and Insurance Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Insurance: All shipments are insured to cover any potential damage or loss during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact me immediately with photos of the damage so that a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.

 

(6) Shipping Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. I am not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the client. Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made.

 

(7) Delays While I strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, holidays, or carrier issues may impact delivery times. I appreciate your patience and understanding in such case.

 

(8) Returns and Exchanges Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork to discuss a resolution. The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then receives the work as is. If the client wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the client can be issued a refund provided client agrees to pay the kill fee.
